Production Assistant - Planning

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to monitor and control manufacturing processes, ensure material supply, and coordinate with external workshops and the Quality department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the production process from cutting to packaging. 2. Coordinate with external workshops to ensure on-time delivery. 3. Track and control inventory of accessories and critical supplies. In this opportunity, the company 1010 SAC is looking for a Production Assistant, offering market-competitive compensation. The responsibilities are as follows: 1. Read and interpret approved product technical sheets. 2. Verify material and supply delivery to external workshops (cut parts, cut fabric, exact threads, elastic bands, clasps, and labels). 3. Monitor that each production order has its required accessory stock: 4. Daily monitoring of critical and delicate supplies to prevent shortages and enable timely procurement. 5. Control and track the production process according to the product routing: Daily garment control across the entire chain (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packaging). 6. Supervise external workshops (Contract Manufacturing): Visit and supervise workshops to ensure compliance with agreed delivery deadlines. 7. Record production: Input data into the system and generate Excel reports on units produced, losses, and defective garments. 8. Coordinate with the Quality department on evaluations and metrics based on their inspections. 9.
