Industry: Energy Location: Callao, Carmen de la Legua - Reynoso · What will be your challenge? Recruitment: Post job openings on employment portals (Computrabajo, LinkedIn), social media, and manage the candidate database. Screening and Selection: Review CVs and conduct telephone/virtual interviews for candidate pre-selection. Interview Management: Coordinate interviews with supervisors (virtual or in-person). Administrative Management: Support onboarding processes, manage onboarding documentation, and update management indicators.
