Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician with experience in accounting software to manage revenues, expenditures, and bank reconciliations while maintaining the company's liquidity. Opportunities for professional development and continuous training Responsibilities: - Enter and process daily all revenues (collections, incoming transfers, deposits) and expenditures (payments to suppliers, services, taxes) directly into the corresponding modules of the Nisira ERP system. - Keep cash and bank account balances up to date within the software to accurately reflect the company's actual liquidity. - Perform periodic reconciliation between bank statements from various financial institutions and the balances reported in the Nisira ERP system. - Manage the payment schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of supplier due dates and recurring obligations. - Handle physical document delivery, check collection, updating of commercial files, and other operational procedures at banks. - Upload bank transfers, management checks, service payments, and tax payments to the platforms of various banks. Requirements: - Accounting Technician qualification. - Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience with proficiency in accounting software such as CONCAR or SISCONT. - Preferably experience in agricultural sector companies using the Nisira ERP system. - Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.
