Ensure that serial numbers and/or material codes, equipment, and PPE are entered into the Titanum computerized system to fulfill asset registration and updating requirements. 2. Coordinate with operational staff the return of unused materials and equipment from job execution and re-enter them into inventory after registering them in the Titanium system, ensuring adequate stock for project completion. 3. Administer and control warehouse shipping guides to maintain physical evidence for internal audits. 4. Supervise, together with the Procurement Manager, whether incoming materials or goods comply with requirements, thereby fulfilling internal orders. 6. Coordinate with the Client regarding serial numbers of uninstalled equipment to avoid penalties. 5. Coordinate with company personnel regarding mobile equipment replacements and changes to fulfill the company’s work plan. 6. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by direct management to achieve departmental objectives.
