Job Summary: Supervise item accuracy, documentation, warehouse and inventory operation quality, and manage packaging control. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control of warehouse and distribution operations 2. Comprehensive management of inventories and packaging 3. Focus on cargo integrity and preservation Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy of located items and related documentation for received and dispatched goods. Additionally, assess operational quality through sampling of warehouse and distribution activities. Review quality and compliance of cyclic and full inventories. Monitor packaging inflows and outflows, track packaging consumption cycle behavior, and coordinate with relevant departments for optimal packaging usage and transfer. Ensure compliance with Lay Outs developed for all material types. Measure and manage actual storage capacity utilization across all operations. Ensure goods are stored in designated locations and under assigned conditions, safeguarding physical integrity, preservation, and maintenance. 8. Comply with and promote adherence to established safety standards for storage and handling of hazardous materials. Requirements: Completed technical degree in Industrial Administration, Computer Science, Systems, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
