Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Executive to provide customer attention and advisory services, prepare quotations, close sales, and achieve targets, including live sales on TikTok. Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and digital customer attention and advisory services. * Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on customer requirements. * Prepare quotations and track commercial opportunities. * Manage sales closure and proper issuance of commercial documents. * Keep product information and available stock updated. * Achieve established commercial targets. * Conduct Live Sales \- TikTok. Requirements: * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields — currently ongoing or completed (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * Experience in hardware stores, tool companies, industrial equipment firms, or similar industries (preferred). * Basic Office software proficiency. Competencies: * Customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Negotiation skills. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Results orientation.
