DESCRIPTION A prominent real estate sector company is seeking a professional to fill the position of Commercial Executive \- Land Plots, with the following responsibilities: * Manage leads generated from marketing campaigns. * Prospect and develop new clients. * Conduct consultative sales of real estate projects. * Coordinate site visits to the project in Chincha and deliver an exceptional commercial experience. * Accompany the client throughout the entire commercial process—from initial prospecting through to signing the memorandum—ensuring a satisfactory purchasing experience prior to handover to the legal department. * Generate referrals and develop an independent client portfolio. * Achieve monthly sales targets. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge: Consultative sales techniques. Understanding of the real estate sales process. Proficiency in digital tools for commercial follow-up. Experience: Commercial experience in land plot sales.
