We are looking for a **Community Manager** for the Eastern Zone of Lima (Huachipa): Requirements: * Graduated or in the final cycles of Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience managing social media accounts. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of digital advertising. * Knowledge and/or experience creating reels and video content. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Advanced proficiency in Canva, Capcut Pro, and editing tools. * Preferably residing in Eastern Lima (Chosica, Chaclacayo, Santa Clara, etc). Responsibilities: * Comprehensively manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok). * Develop and execute the monthly content calendar. * Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.). * Intermediate-level video recording and editing (Reels, TikTok, and short-form content). * Adapt creative assets for digital advertising. * Provide occasional administrative support related to marketing. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 1 PM. * Employment type: Full-time — On-site. * Workplace: Huachipa Office (at Mapfre level). * Opportunity for career path development. * Salary: Market-competitive, commensurate with experience.
