Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications/Marketing student or recent graduate to support digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management, with a focus on driver acquisition and retention. Key Highlights: 1. Support for digital marketing campaigns and content creation. 2. Participation in developing the content calendar and tutorials. 3. Social media management and brand video production. Jorge Chávez International Airport, as well as Lima’s most important shopping malls and companies. What We Require: * Currently enrolled in final semesters or a recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in design and editing tools: Adobe, Canva, and CapCut. * Basic-to-intermediate level proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. * Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and social media management. * Strong writing skills, spelling accuracy, and sound communication judgment. * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. What You’ll Do: * Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at driver acquisition, engagement, and reactivation. * Propose campaign ideas, interactive activities, and incentives to improve activation and retention. * Participate in developing the content calendar, announcements, and tutorials. * Create and edit graphic assets and short videos for social media. * Participate in brand video production and TikTok live sessions. * Manage driver messages and comments on social media platforms. * Identify insights from community behavior and feedback. * Provide basic campaign and results tracking support.
