Job Summary: We are seeking creative interns in graphic design and brand management to enhance our digital channel presence and strategies, generating engaging social media content. Integration into an internationally expanding company Due to market expansion, we are seeking 2 interns in graphic design and brand management. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is **highly creative, possesses advanced knowledge of AI tools, self-motivated, independent, and possesses broad judgment** (mandatory), and is committed to helping improve our brand presence. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in developing digital channel strategies, objectives, and action plans to ensure proper channel development. * Support social media content creation (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook): follow an engaging and relevant content plan for the target audience, including original content creation, follower interaction management, and performance metric analysis. * Preferably, experience in video editing using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar. * **Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in image editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom). * Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory. * High degree of **commitment, responsibility, and creativity**. * Creativity and skills to generate visually appealing content aligned with current trends. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Experience working with **artificial intelligence tools**. **Benefits** * Join an internationally expanding company. * Formal employment under Peruvian MYPE payroll and statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. * Career development path. * On-site work \- Santiago de Surco.
