We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** What is this role about? * Lead the regional sales force in alignment with company guidelines, with clear target definitions, delivering expected results (sales, management, trade marketing) and achieving CBC’s established goals. Key Challenges of the Role: * Manage the broad product portfolio to develop SKUs. * Prepare sales plans based on company-set targets to ensure proper execution. * Execute sales and trade marketing action plans, providing necessary follow-up to achieve set objectives. * Manage and lead the direct team with motivation to meet volume and coverage targets. * Analyze, understand, and interpret volume, coverage, and trade marketing indicators to assess portfolio performance and implement appropriate actions. * Ensure compliance with sales processes to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for process improvement. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or Marketing * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Advanced Excel proficiency **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
