




Job Summary: Lead the sales team to ensure achievement of targets and profitability, with a focus on commercial activities and customer negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure achievement of targets and profitability for the Unit through commercial actions, leading the sales team in negotiations with channel customers, promoting rotation and in-store display of focus products, and keeping the Commercial Management informed about market opportunities and competitors’ activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze monthly sales performance of the Distribution Department (sales team, customers, product lines, SKUs, etc.). * Develop and execute Action Plans related to commercial management, non-pipe product mix, and strategic/focus product lines. * Define and monitor the monthly visit schedule of Sales Executives to hardware stores in Lima and Provinces. * Conduct follow-up with distributors in the Eastern region to validate performance-based discounts and identify commercial opportunities. * Coordinate with the Marketing Department the implementation of promotions and campaigns targeting distributors, hardware stores, and the sales team. * Coordinate the provision of point-of-sale materials (hardware stores and distributors), including signage, POP materials, printed materials (catalogs, brochures, technical sheets, etc.), façade painting, and any other items required to support commercial activities. * Manage training events for the sales team and customers in general. * Prepare the monthly sales forecast for the Distribution portfolio of products. * Coordinate with the Customer Service Unit (CSU) responses to customer inquiries regarding pending order status. * Coordinate with the Credit and Collections Department credit requests and account statement information for the segment’s customer portfolio. * Identify growth opportunities (markets and products) for sales expansion and/or profitability improvement; promptly communicate them to relevant management teams. * Promote relationships with segment customers, coordinated with Marketing for non-sales-related activities. * Deliver presentations to ensure the commercial team’s understanding of products, policies, and work procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * University degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in similar roles. **Languages** * English: desirable. * Portuguese: desirable. **Technical Knowledge** * Sales strategies and techniques. * Commercial management and action plan development. * Sales forecasting and analysis. * Customer negotiation and relationship management. * Marketing knowledge (diploma or specialization preferred). **Computer Tools** * Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * SAP (basic level, desirable). **Competencies** * Leadership of commercial teams. * Results orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Data analysis and decision-making. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Customer orientation. * Proactivity. * Problem-solving. . **Additional Information** .
