We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: Route Merchandiser / Zone Ate Chosica Chaclacayo Requirements: * Completed secondary education or incomplete technical/university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a Merchandiser, Multifunctional, or Promoter in the traditional/horizontal channel. * Experience conducting route work in Lurigancho Chosica, Ate, and neighboring districts. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 7 a.m. until daily objectives are met (approximately 6 p.m.). * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Visit assigned customer portfolio according to the designated route. * Ensure implementation and compliance with the 5Ps (marketing methodology) at points of sale (warehouses). * Place and maintain POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials. * Verify FEFO, maintain cold SOVI and ambient conditions, organize racks and layout. * Perform other duties related to the position.
