In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Create course access for new tutors and enroll them in the course or module * Create course or diploma sessions on the platform * Generate access for participants * Enroll participants in the course or diploma program * Respond to participant inquiries and requests via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls * Upload grades to the platform for each module in the case of diploma programs * Send grade and attendance records to tutors * Inform tutors about participants' justified absences * Provide support to participants and tutors during classes * Prepare participant attendance certificates * Prepare tutor teaching certificates * Complete materials registration * Conduct surveys * Prepare results reports **Requirements** * Technical or university graduates in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields * Advanced level in Microsoft Excel * Basic proficiency in Power BI * One year of experience managing databases and training programs * One year of experience in customer or student service **Additional Information** * Full payroll from the first day * Life insurance from the moment of joining the organization * EPS covered at 80% * Constant training
