Welding skills in TIG, MIG-MAG, and electric arc welding. **PIPE FITTER ASSEMBLER** We are currently seeking an **Assembler** to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in **assembling metal structures and metal-mechanical components**. * Knowledge of **reading and interpreting mechanical and structural drawings**. * Knowledge of welding processes: **TIG, MIG-MAG, and electric arc welding** (carbon steel and aluminum). * Minimum **2 years’ experience in assembling structures and metal-mechanical work**. * Proficiency in using measuring, cutting, and material preparation tools. * A **responsible, proactive individual with teamwork capability and practical skills**. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Assemble metal structures, frames, supports, and components**, in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * **Prepare, measure, cut, and position metal parts** for correct pre-welding assembly. * **Align, level, and adjust parts** prior to welding to ensure proper structural integrity. * Perform **tack welding and fixation welding** to secure the structure during the assembly process. * **Verify dimensions, squareness, and tolerances** throughout the assembly process. * Coordinate and organize **required materials, tools, and equipment** for structural assembly. * Carry out **disassembly, assembly, and installation of metal structures**, as required by the job. * Assist in **final welding, reinforcements, or corrections** on assembled components. * **Inspect and verify the quality of assembly and welding** of finished parts. * Comply with **safety regulations and procedures in the metal-mechanical department**. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. NOTE: Candidates must have **experience in TIG and MIG welding**, **metal-mechanical experience**, **immediate availability**, and be **responsible** — **Welders**, **Assistants**, and **Assemblers**.
