Reports on highest and lowest stock levels and product turnover time. * 3\. Reports on products nearing expiration—FEFO. * 4\. Daily records of receipts and issues. * 5\. Cyclical inventories (daily—beverages; groceries; fast-moving items). * 6\. Processing purchase requests from requesting departments together with the procurement department. * 7\. Issuance of freight waybills. * 8\. Directing orders to staff for corresponding picking. * 9\. Daily cleaning of the work area. * 10\.
