




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing and Procurement Assistant to manage reconciliations, track payments, release orders, and issue accounting documents for a fuel retail company. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end invoicing and procurement management 2. Tracking of payments to customers and suppliers 3. Daily sales and inventory reconciliation The company is engaged in fuel retailing and operates a chain of gas stations; it is currently seeking a Billing and Procurement Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (report generation). Experience in billing. Experience in bank reconciliations. Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days per year. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reconcile daily sales reports. Reconcile daily inventory reports. Track customer and supplier payments. Process order releases. Review bank transactions. Review shortages and overages arising from price variations for customers. Issue invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. Confirm customer payment receipts. BENEFITS: Full payroll registration from day one (family allowance, bonuses, CTS, etc.). WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Salary: S/.1,200.00 to S/.1,500.00 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
