Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Manager to supervise operations, prepare financial reports, and lead the accounting team, applying digital tools and AI. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and organization of the accounting team We are CEMPERU COMPANY S.A.C., operating under the brands CEMLIGHTING, EXTRALED, AND MONTEZZA, dedicated to the importation and direct wholesale distribution of lighting products. We bring sector expertise backed by the recognition of our collaborators and customers. Currently, we are seeking top talent to serve as ACCOUNTING MANAGER. Requirements: * Licensed and registered Certified Public Accountant * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in supervisory positions * Experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements and accounting reports * Knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations * Proficiency in SUNAT systems, tax filings, and accounting books * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems * Leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities * Basic familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to accounting processes * Availability for on-site work Responsibilities: * Supervise and control accounting department operations * Prepare and review financial statements and accounting reports * Supervise compliance with tax obligations before SUNAT * Review records, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable * Maintain up-to-date company accounting and tax information * Respond to requests and audits from relevant authorities * Analyze financial information and support management decision-making * Lead and organize the accounting team * Propose process improvements and automation using digital tools and AI * Sign and validate accounting documentation requiring the Certified Public Accountant’s signature, in accordance with Peruvian regulations and within the scope of authority **Terms and Benefits** * Work Modality: 100% On-site * Location: La Molina, Lima * Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.\| Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Statutory Benefits * Career advancement opportunities and an excellent work environment Salary: Starting at S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
