Technical studies in international trade, computing, or related fields are desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience as a customs agent, field assistant, or similar roles within customs agencies. Basic knowledge of customs legislation (desirable). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Availability to work remotely on the night shift. What Challenges Will You Face? Manage collection and delivery of documentation for import and export processes. Track cargo at ports, warehouses, and terminals. Coordinate cargo pickup (including less-than-container-load shipments) and report progress. Process documents such as Bills of Lading (B/L) and Air Waybills with maritime agencies and airlines. Keep coordinators updated on operational status. Comply with security standards (BASC and OEA) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. What Competencies Do We Value?
