**Job Mission:** * Optimize production processes in workshops, ensuring efficiency and quality through yarn consumption control, time analysis, and continuous improvement, to support sound decision-making and compliance with standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare analytical reports on actual yarn consumption in workshops, identifying discrepancies or shortages and determining actual shrinkage by comparing against the net garment weight recorded by the Packing department and/or workshop. * Conduct periodic audits in workshops to verify compliance with production time standards and output targets. * Report problems identified in production processes and propose improvement measures. * Visit workshops to conduct time studies and coordinate training initiatives aimed at improving processes without compromising quality. * Coordinate with other departments to implement improvement initiatives aligned with Fibras Unidas’ standards. * Prepare workforce allocation reports based on production workload. * Train workshops on yarn consumption determination methodology to ensure accurate and timely information, thereby preventing yarn shortages. * Validate and record actual consumption data in Odoo, cross-checking net weight, shrinkage, and fabric losses to properly close bills of materials (BOMs). * Coordinate yarn delivery to workshops according to the production schedule. * Develop and update manuals, procedures, and work instructions jointly with relevant departments. **Required Education:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields with specialization in artisanal or textile manufacturing processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel * Google Workspace * Garment time studies * Costing and quotation * Process routing **Competencies:** * Information analysis * Problem solving * Assertive communication * Decision making * Efficiency analysis **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles.
