Job Summary: Responsible for verifying orders, operating and maintaining machinery, managing raw materials, and ensuring production quality in an extrusion environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of extrusion machinery 2. Management and verification of raw materials 3. Quality control in the production process * Verify daily manufacturing orders provided by the area supervisor. * Start up the machine and subsequently check its operating parameters and general mechanical conditions; report and manage any deviations. * Ensure feed hoppers contain the required production material, preventing contamination by foreign objects and keeping hoppers covered. * Record, blend, and report all used raw material bags with their corresponding batch numbers on the standard form. * Maintain necessary raw materials in the work area and ensure their supply throughout the work shift. * Start extrusion machines at the beginning of each production process. * Replace cutting blades on the machine according to the scheduled replacement interval. * Organize empty raw material bags and place them in the designated area (scrap zone). * Receive, organize, and verify raw materials. * Review production orders to confirm raw materials match the requirements.
