Location: * Willingness and ability to reside and work in the city of Cusco for the duration of the project. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and order of camp facilities: field offices, dormitories, cafeteria, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and common areas. * Manage bed and locker assignments for personnel staying overnight, maintaining an up-to-date registry. * Supervise provision of potable water, electricity, and other utilities for camp living areas. * Coordinate pest control (fumigation) and management of solid waste and wastewater generated at the camp. * Supervise cafeteria services (whether internal or outsourced), ensuring adherence to scheduled meal times, food quality and hygiene, and proper staffing for shifts. * Monitor inventories of foodstuffs and kitchen/cafeteria supplies (where applicable). * Serve as the primary liaison with the food service provider. * Manage the construction site’s light fleet (vans, utility vehicles): assignment, preventive/corrective maintenance, keys, fuel, and GPS tracking systems. * Coordinate staff transportation (fixed routes or specific vehicles) from designated pickup points to the camp, if required. * Organize logistics for receipt, storage, and distribution of non-technical supplies (office supplies, cleaning items, basic personal protective equipment – PPE). * Supervise perimeter security personnel, ensuring compliance with camp and worksite access protocols. * Manage visitor control (suppliers, family members on authorized days) and register staff entries/exits at the camp. * Maintain order and discipline within the camp, enforcing internal regulations (quiet hours, prohibition of substances, etc.). * Coordinate basic maintenance of field offices, warehouses, and site sheds. * Manage water supply for mobile restrooms and coordinate their cleaning with providers. * Implement sustainability practices at the camp (waste segregation, water and energy conservation).
