




Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Keeper for a heavy cargo transportation company, responsible for safeguarding, registering, and controlling supplies, inventory, and tools in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for custody and registration of supplies in the warehouse. 2. Inventory control and preparation of monthly requirements. 3. Maintaining order and controlling tools and equipment. A national heavy cargo and freight transportation company operating via land routes is seeking a WAREHOUSE KEEPER. Responsibilities: Safeguard supplies delivered to the warehouse for storage. Register incoming supplies into the system upon receipt from purchases, and physically verify that delivery notes or invoices match; report discrepancies to the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor. Record warehouse outgoing supplies, associating them with vehicle license plates or generator codes, recording the recipient's name, issuing delivery vouchers, and ensuring signatures from the Yard Manager. Keep incoming and outgoing supply records updated, along with all related documentation. Conduct physical inventory of warehouse supplies at least once per month, coordinated with the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor. Account for physical and system inventory discrepancies identified during warehouse inventory. Prepare monthly supply requirements based on specifications provided by the Planner. Monitor fire extinguisher loading status and expiration dates, including those installed in each unit. Maintain minimum stock levels of products, coordinated in advance with the Maintenance Manager, ensuring supply availability. Keep the tire container organized. Submit supply usage reports to the Maintenance Manager and Planner. Conduct inventory of tools and equipment assigned to mechanics and report findings to the Maintenance Manager. Register newly acquired equipment and machinery. Store and safeguard spare parts and supplies, including used oils, tires, and filters. Provide support for mechanical assistance as required. · Requirements: Completed secondary education / Technical degree. Knowledge of warehousing and logistics. Driver's license A1 preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Disciplined, organized, honest, and punctual. Resident in areas adjacent to Callao or Ventanilla.
