Professional development within a leading company offering job stability. **HSSE COORDINATOR** We are looking for a professional committed to safety culture and operational excellence to lead our Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) strategies. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management standards, guaranteeing a safe workplace aligned with current legal regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and implement the Annual Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Plan and Program. * Lead hazard identification and risk assessment (IPERC). * Coordinate activities of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * Manage implementation of Occupational Medical Examinations (OME) and environmental monitoring. * Ensure compliance with transportation and logistics regulations (fleet and operations safety standards). * Conduct incident investigations and establish corrective action plans. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hygiene, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of Law No. 29783 and sector-specific regulations.
