




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to support personnel administration, attendance tracking, event organization, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support personnel attendance and personnel file management 2. Assist in organizing internal events and training sessions 3. Follow us on: Linkedin.com / Industrias del Envase We are currently looking for the following profile: Human Resources Intern Requirements: - Students in the final cycles of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields. - Intermediate-level Excel and Power BI skills. - Availability to carry out in-person internships in Callao, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities: - Record and monitor weekly attendance of operational staff. - Track and consolidate monthly attendance records of salaried employees. - Assist in distributing payroll slips to staff. - Maintain up-to-date and organized personnel files (employment documentation, contracts, etc.). - Support the organization and logistics of internal events (team-building activities, training sessions, celebrations, etc.). - Assist with administrative tasks in the Human Resources department as required. - Support physical and digital archiving of departmental documents. - Assist in developing departmental performance indicators.
