




Position Summary: Coordination and supervision of instrumentation and control engineering work, including development of drawings, philosophies, and technical specifications. Key Highlights: 1. An opportunity is currently available to join AtkinsRéalis as an Intermediate Instrumentation and Control Engineer. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the work of a team comprising designers and junior engineers to develop control architecture drawings, loop diagrams, segment diagrams, plant layout and instrumentation cabling arrangements, and fiber-optic communication systems, in accordance with the assigned instrumentation and control scope for projects. * Develop control philosophies, descriptive memoranda, technical specifications, sizing and selection of control valves and instrumentation equipment, data sheets, signal lists, instruments, cables, and required documentation. * Conduct coordination with other disciplines. * Coordinate task assignments and report work progress to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree holder and licensed professional in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. * Postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering (Desirable). * Software Proficiency: Intermediate-level Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, Navisworks, orifice plate calculations, flowmeters, and valves. * Experience: 5–8 years in the Mining and Hydrocarbons sector. * Experience in construction and/or supervision of mine tailings systems (Desirable). * Knowledge of control system design, communications, CCTV, voice and data, fire detection systems for NLG dispatch plants. * Knowledge and skills in instrumentation and control disciplines, interpretation of P&IDs, development of control philosophies, architectures, and deliverables at conceptual, feasibility, and detailed levels. * Technical knowledge and experience with PLCs and SCADA systems in substations and motor control centers. * Knowledge and application of international standards ISA, ASME, ANSI, ISO, NACE, IEC, NEC, API, NFPA. **Process:** * Applications are accepted exclusively through our corporate careers portal; applications submitted via other channels will not be accepted. * We contact only shortlisted candidates for interviews. * Relocation expenses are not covered.
