The objective is to ensure goods reach their destination (customers, distribution centers, or warehouses) timely, safely, and at the lowest possible cost, leading owned or third-party fleets while ensuring compliance with MTC and SST regulations. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and assign efficient routes to optimize fuel usage, delivery times, and mileage. * Supervise operational staff performance, assign vehicles, and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance. * Conduct satellite tracking of vehicles, managing in-route incidents (delays, accidents, mechanical failures). * Negotiate rates with third-party carriers and ensure adherence to quality standards. * Verify that both drivers and vehicles possess all valid legal documentation required for operation. * Report service levels, delivery effectiveness (OTIF), transportation costs, and schedule adherence. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations during dispatch and transit. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Specialization: Certificates in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management are desirable. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency, GPS tracking software. * Solid knowledge of land transportation regulations, weight and dimension limits, and vehicle documentation (SOAT, inspections, driver licenses).
