At 99 Minutos, we continue growing and are seeking a Last-Mile Coordinator to manage and supervise delivery operations, ensure on-time delivery, coordinate with couriers and customers, provide support during incidents, monitor operational KPIs, and guarantee efficient execution across the entire final delivery operation. **What will you do?** ✅ Supervise daily deliveries and ensure on-time performance. ✅ Coordinate and support the courier team. ✅ Manage incidents, returns, and documentation. ✅ Monitor KPIs and propose operational improvements. ✅ Ensure compliance with protocols and service standards. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in logistics or delivery operations. * Team management skills and analytical ability. * Proactivity, leadership, and results-oriented mindset. * Availability to work on-site. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. * Location: Ate — Av.
