Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner for a food company and logistics operator, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plans and coordinates maintenance activities 2. Supervises the Annual Preventive Maintenance Program 3. Develops and monitors maintenance management indicators Esmeralda Corp, a leading food products company and logistics operator, is searching for top talent for the Maintenance Planner position. · Requirements: Professionals with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields 2 years of experience in similar roles within industrial and/or agro-industrial companies Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling, and use of dashboards Availability to work on-site at Km 18.5 of the Southern Pan-American Highway. · Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate with leaders from various departments the scheduling and opening of work windows for executing maintenance activities. Manage and prioritize work requests, coordinating with supervisors and maintenance leaders to ensure proper execution. Supervise compliance with the Annual Preventive Maintenance Program, tracking and recording Work Orders. Develop and monitor maintenance management indicators, generating reports to measure and control operational performance.
