Support in graphic creation and tracking of digital campaigns. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Content Management and Scheduling:** Execute the publication calendar across the brand's various social media platforms, ensuring content is posted on scheduled days and times. * **Digital Channel Monitoring and Customer Service:** Review, filter, and respond promptly to user inquiries, direct messages, and comments; escalate commercial or technical cases as appropriate. * **Graphic Creation and Adaptation Support:** Create and adapt simple visual assets, stories, and short videos (Reels/TikTok format) using agile editing tools, consistently maintaining brand identity. * **Digital Campaign Tracking:** Assist in monitoring advertising campaign (Ads) performance and organizing databases or leads within the CRM system. * **Report Preparation:** Collect key social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth) to prepare weekly or monthly performance reports. * **Operational Coordination:** Support communication with external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) and logistics for brand events or activations.
