We seek responsible, proactive individuals willing to support the fabrication and finishing processes of metal structures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in welding tasks (electric, MIG, and/or TIG as required). * Prepare surfaces for painting processes (sanding, cleaning, and finishing). * Apply paint on metal structures following quality standards. * Assist in the assembly, cutting, and conditioning of metal parts. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Comply with industrial safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in metalworking, welding, or industrial painting. * Basic knowledge of welding and use of hand and electric tools. * Experience in painting metal structures is desirable. * Good physical condition and ability to work in a team. * Responsibility and punctuality. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Continuous training. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
