IPH TRANSPORTES seeks to hire an experienced **Transportation Monitor** to supervise and control transportation operations, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and documentation, thereby contributing to service efficiency. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions (transportation, operations, or logistics). * Knowledge of logistics platforms (SINTAD, DPW, APM). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS (owned and third-party). * Supervise compliance with routes, schedules, and scheduled deliveries. * Detect and manage alerts (route deviations, unauthorized stops, speeding). * Maintain constant communication with drivers during incidents. * Generate transportation guides and port appointments on respective platforms. * Prepare operational and performance reports. * Control and verify transportation documentation, driver documentation, and supplier documentation. * Coordinate fuel supply for vehicles. * Conduct service tracking and traceability. * Support continuous improvement of departmental processes. **COMPETENCIES** * Analytical and monitoring capability. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Ability to work under pressure. **BENEFITS:** * Career development path. * Formal payroll from the first day of employment.
