In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fisheries—participating in the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Responsible for the operational and tactical oversight of the company’s strategic contracts, issuing preventive alerts to business units. * Develop and maintain up-to-date operational control management, ensuring contractual compliance and interfacing with various service leaders. * Execute evaluations of strategic tenders. * Monitor the status of strategic tenders across different business units. * Support the Head of Operational Excellence in conducting operational reviews of strategic services. * Coordinate with various departments supporting strategic contracts to identify improvement opportunities, root causes of non-compliance, and implement operational controls aimed at minimizing risk realization. * Perform other similar duties as assigned by the Employer or hierarchical superior based on organizational needs and requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operational control or support functions. * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\. * Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps * Advanced MS Excel **Additional Information** * Formal employment registration from day one * 80% EPS (Health Insurance) coverage * Mandatory Life Insurance * Ongoing training programs * Corporate agreements.
