




We are Black Rock Project Cargo S.A.C., a company specialized in logistics operations, transportation, and more. We are seeking top talent to strengthen our Operations team by supporting **logistics optimization** through route planning, **managing and supervising** distribution and transportation operations, **analyzing data and KPIs** for decision-making, and **managing relationships with transportation providers**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Transportation, or related fields. * Knowledge of Project Logistics or Cargo Transportation is desirable. * Familiarity with cargo insurance, document control, and logistics cost management. * Intermediate/Advanced English (desirable). * Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level). **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure compliance with operational processes across all shipment stages (import, export, and special projects). * Coordinate with international agents, carriers, warehouses, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations and optimal timelines. * Review and approve operational files, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and timely. * Prepare daily reports and operational performance analyses for Management. * Support the planning and development of new business lines alongside the Operations Management team. * Resolve operational incidents and immediately propose corrective or preventive measures. * Collaborate on continuous process improvement, digitalization, and cost optimization. * Maintain constant communication with strategic clients and ensure agile responses to unforeseen events. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Positive work environment * Ongoing training and opportunities for career growth. * Access to high-quality tools and original parts.
