You will be responsible for ensuring continuous material flow and maximizing utilization of company resources to guarantee profitability and customer service. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Warehouse Management:** Closely coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper supply, receipt, and dispatch of materials, avoiding bottlenecks. * **Operational Readiness:** Supervise and ensure availability of required resources (personnel, transportation, tools) to meet daily scheduling requirements. * **Inventory Control:** Request and audit daily or weekly inventories, analyze variances, and ensure inventory accuracy. * **Process Optimization:** Adapt and improve operational workflows based on demand and inventory results. * **Management Reporting:** Develop performance indicators (KPIs) on material movement and dispatch efficiency. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in supervisory or coordination roles within logistics operators or warehouses. * **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in **Excel** (database cross-referencing for inventory management) and warehouse management systems (WMS). * **Skills:** Team leadership, decision-making under pressure, and strong sense of urgency. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Competitive salary, subject to evaluation. * Opportunity to lead processes in a growing logistics company. * Excellent goal-oriented work environment.
