Document Management: Responsible for controlling, updating, and digitizing physical and digital personnel files. BUK Implementation: Data entry and maintenance of the human resources management platform. Attendance Control: Supervision of time clock records, absences, tardiness, and employee justifications. Payment Management: Oversight of remunerative items, validation of overtime hours, and support during payroll closing. Employee Support: Assistance with administrative inquiries and delivery of payslips/certificates. What are we looking for in you? Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles involving personnel or payroll administration. Mandatory proficiency in BUK software (user/admin level). Solid knowledge of current labor legislation. Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables and formulas).
