We are currently seeking a **Project Planner**, responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the progress of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with project objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and update the project’s comprehensive schedule (baseline and control schedules). * Monitor and control physical and financial progress of the project. Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective action plans. * Coordinate with various disciplines (engineering, construction, supervision) to ensure proper activity sequencing. * Prepare progress reports, management indicators (KPIs), and S-curves. * Manage schedule baseline and change control. * Participate in site meetings and progress review committees. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering degree, **licensed and registered with the professional association.** * Minimum 6 years of general experience in construction projects. * Minimum 4 years of specific experience as a Planner. * **Proven experience in logistics centers, industrial, or similar projects is mandatory.** * Strong knowledge of planning, project control, and schedule management. * Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, S10, Primavera P6, or other planning software. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Participation in high-impact projects. * Competitive compensation aligned with market standards and experience. * Professional growth opportunities.
