Job Description: **Textile export company** **Location:** Santiago de Surco, Lima **Job Description** Perform steaming and final finishing of knitted garments, ensuring proper presentation, shape, and measurements in accordance with the company’s established quality standards prior to shipment or export. **Main Responsibilities** * Steam knitted garments (alpaca, cotton, wool) * Shape and adjust garments (measurements, drape, and finish) * Visually inspect garments before and after steaming * Identify basic defects (seams, loose threads, deformations) * Assist in final finishing and preparation for shipment/export **Requirements** * Experience in garment steaming, ironing, or finishing (preferred) * Manual dexterity and attention to detail * Careful handling of delicate garments * Responsibility and workplace organization *If you lack steaming experience, we will train you. We seek individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.* **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with knitted garments (alpaca, wool, cotton) * Basic knowledge of quality control * Experience in textile production or workshops **Conditions** * Work mode: On-site * Schedule: Full-time * Positive work environment and continuous learning * Campaign-based employment (2 or 3 months, with possible renewal) * Bi-weekly payments Salary: S/.1,350.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
