Your journey toward impact and innovation begins here at WSP! **Professional Background:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of general work experience * Minimum 2 years of specific experience in mining project administration * Solid intermediate-level office software skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. * Willingness to work nationwide under the applicable work regime * Experience using Aconex * Knowledge of WebControl **Key Responsibilities:** * Apply and coordinate implementation of administrative construction procedures for the specific project. * Coordinate operational staff mobilization to origin locations according to schedule. * Coordinate staff accommodation and meals—on-site and/or off-site—according to the personnel histogram. * Provide support in coordinating timely procurement of equipment, tools, and materials aligned with field staff activities. * Address personnel and resource requests in accordance with approved changes to the service scope. * Maintain and update the staff roster daily. * Control and manage general project expenses (meals, transportation, accommodation, and offices) per the assigned project proposal. * Maintain physical and electronic records of project documents and associated contracts. * Track project-issued and received documents. * Directly assist the Resident Project Engineer in routine office tasks, including correspondence drafting, meeting scheduling, and maintaining project administrative information. * Keep field office budget line-item expenses up to date. * Monitor attendance of field office personnel. * Support review and tracking of expense reports. * Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits. * Coordinate and attend scheduled meetings upon client request. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint macros. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer and/or Project Leader.
