This is your opportunity! **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified professional in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related fields. * Minimum one year of experience in the transportation industry. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Additional training (diploma or specialization in Occupational Safety and Health) is desirable. * Preferably residing in Huaycán–Ate or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Update and implement procedures, legal regulations, and management systems for Safety, Occupational Health, and Biosafety. * Advise operations staff and supervise compliance with current Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. * Conduct audits, daily inspections, and report incidents and accidents to the OSH Committee. * Manage hazard identification (IPER), ATS, operational controls, and improvement actions. * Implement safety, occupational health, and environmental plans and programs. * Supervise the use, condition, and replacement of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Control solid waste management. * Five-minute safety talk. * Organize, conduct, and document OSH talks, inductions, and drills. * Supervise MAPTEL transportation operations: cargo inspection, vehicle labeling, document verification, cargo securing, covering, and special convoys—with photographic evidence. * Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
