Position Summary: A prominent logistics sector company is seeking a Social Worker to support staff with medical benefits, resolve inquiries, and accompany injured workers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support and guidance to staff regarding medical benefits. 2. Accompaniment of injured workers. 3. Management of insurance policies and coverage for employees. A leading logistics company with over 20 years of experience in the industry is seeking a Social Worker for its main office in Bellavista, Callao. · Requirements:  Availability to work in CALLAO and travel to Metropolitan Lima as required.  Graduate of Social Work.  Full-time availability.  Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:00 AM TO 6:30 PM / SATURDAY, 9:00 AM TO 1:00 PM  Intermediate Excel (mandatory) · Responsibilities: Provide guidance to staff on ESSALUD medical benefits. Offer support and propose possible solutions to workers’ questions and inquiries. Accompany injured workers throughout their treatment process and post-treatment period. Support the management of insurance policies and coverage (Life Insurance Law, +Life, SCTR) for employees, as applicable in case of contingencies.
