Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and concrete production lines, ensuring their operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance of equipment. 2. Emergency support and analysis of recurring failures. 3. Electromechanical assembly and maintenance of generator sets. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** **MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN** **Work Location:** Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Execute scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective mechanical maintenance activities for concrete batching lines. * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance on critical plant equipment such as mills, crushers, conveyor belts, bucket elevators, rotary kilns, industrial fans, coolers, and pumps. * Carry out disassembly, repair, assembly, and alignment of components including bearings, gearboxes, couplings, rolling elements, shafts, pulleys, etc. * Provide plant support during emergencies and/or as required by the immediate supervisor, restoring equipment to verified operational status and obtaining the responsible operator’s sign-off. * Participate in root-cause analysis of recurring failures and implement corrective actions to eliminate such issues. * Comply with procedures for requesting spare parts or third-party services. * Ensure operational readiness and maintainability of pneumatic, electrical, and electronic equipment and/or components. * Promptly report failures that may cause plant shutdowns. * Request necessary spare parts to ensure operational readiness of the concrete plant. * Issue technical reports of performed work when required. * Perform maintenance on generator sets. * Carry out electromechanical assembly tasks. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, or Industrial Electrotechnology (Mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of work experience in mechanical maintenance within industrial or manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of assembly and disassembly of gearboxes, belts, electric motors, conveyor belts, mechanical systems, and elevators. * Experience in arc welding.
