**Production Manager** * Preparation and monitoring of production and garment manufacturing orders. * Procurement of production inputs. * Planning, assigning, supervising, and controlling workloads for sewing workshops, embroidery services, printing services, and laundry, according to production program priorities. * Daily monitoring and control of production processes. * Recording and maintaining production metrics (productivity, efficiency, etc.). * Preparing reports on material losses and incidents. * Guiding the sampling department to conduct tests, produce samples or prototypes. * Cost reporting and control of input inventory. * Managing continuous improvement within the department. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University graduate / Technical professional in Textile Production. * Minimum 4 years’ experience performing similar functions in production processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Office (Intermediate or Advanced level). * Knowledge of printing, embroidery, washing, and application techniques. * Ability to analyze and propose solutions to production- or design-related problems, and to work effectively under pressure. * Capacity to improve work methods. **COMPETENCIES:** * Negotiation * Planning and organization * Sense of urgency, flexibility, and analytical thinking. * Proactivity * Leadership, teamwork, and effective communication.
