We are currently looking for a **Transport Coordinator**, an **organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual**, responsible for coordinating and supervising transportation operations, ensuring service schedule compliance, efficient fleet utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and control operations to ensure fleet and driver availability, execute and adjust the daily plan, and coordinate third-party units. * Monitor service performance—including routes, timing, returns, and incidents—and propose improvements to reduce costs and increase profitability. * Manage drivers and third parties, supervising compliance with regulations, safety, performance, and fleet rotation according to demand. * Control documentation for each trip and ensure operational closures in the system, including incident reports and necessary adjustments. * Supervise the execution of periodic physical inventories of stored materials, as well as control picking and dispatch activities for customer deliveries. * Prepare operational performance indicator reports, monitor returns and fleet status, and propose continuous improvement actions for routes, shifts, and procedures.
