We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** What the position entails: Oversee compliance with warehouse processes and supervise dispatch and receiving operations, aligned with corporate guidelines and established best practices, to ensure product availability and quality, as well as achievement of inventory and service indicators. Key challenges of the role: * Prepare reconciliation entries, including physical counts and reconciliation of product, packaging, cartons, and pallet inventories, to ensure product availability and timely identification of out-of-stock situations. * Monitor inventory indicators—such as product expiration dates—to identify deviations, validate them with relevant departments, and propose immediate corrective actions. * Supervise warehouse physical conditions, ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and discipline to guarantee compliance with established standards and regulations. * Supervise fuel availability at gas stations and propane supply to ensure uninterrupted operation of product and material transportation equipment. * Prepare weekly product orders to ensure their availability and operational continuity. * Coordinate with Commercial and Production teams on special order dispatches to ensure product availability. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related fields. * Prior experience as Warehouse Coordinator, Storage Coordinator or similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and Power BI. * Availability to work on-site in Huachipa **Additional Information** All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
