Job Summary: OASI is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inventory management, merchandise reception, and dispatch operations, ensuring security and process adherence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise receipt and dispatch of merchandise. 2. Manage inventory levels and safety in material handling. 3. Maintain order using FIFO/FEFO methodology. We are OASI! We are currently looking for top talent to fill the WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR position with the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration. 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level). Experience with Kardex and warehouse management systems (preferred). Experience in logistics areas related to warehousing or the hardware channel. Knowledge of operational and management performance indicators. Residence in the district of Comas or nearby areas. Full and immediate availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise merchandise receipt, verifying quantity, quality, and documentation (delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders). Ensure proper dispatch of supplies and spare parts to requesting departments, both in Lima and provinces. Supervise compliance with safety procedures in material handling. Manage minimum and maximum inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Monitor and record warehouse movements in the Kardex system (Excel) or corresponding tool. Implement and maintain order using FIFO/FEFO methodology as applicable. Other duties assigned by direct supervisor. WE OFFER: Salary: S/1500–1600 Formal payroll from the first day of employment.
