Cleam Ambiental, a company dedicated to comprehensive waste management, is seeking to incorporate a **Welding Assistant** into its maintenance team, oriented toward safe, responsible work and with willingness to learn and support metalworking tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical training. * Six months to one year of experience assisting in welding or maintenance of metal structures. * Basic knowledge of cutting, grinding, and surface preparation tools. * Availability to work in Ventanilla. * Compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the welder in assembling, welding, and repairing metal structures. * Prepare materials, equipment, and surfaces according to assigned tasks. * Perform grinding, cleaning, and basic painting tasks. * Maintain order in the work area and ensure proper use of tools. * Strictly adhere to safety and environmental protection procedures. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Timely biweekly salary payments. * Ongoing training and opportunities for professional development. * Job stability and technical support. * A safe working environment focused on employee growth.
