Job Summary: We are seeking operations or yard assistants for cleaning and maintenance tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment with no routine work. Full job induction (10 days) We are a Peruvian logistics company currently recruiting operations assistants or yard assistants for our Callao branch. Responsibilities: * Yard cleaning. * Cleaning of trucks, gondolas, or hoppers. * Hopper washing. * Covering and uncovering concentrate stacks. * 100% operational and physically demanding work (continuous movement) * No handling of concentrate. * Not routine work, as you will rotate across different areas. * Job induction (10 days) Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience as a stevedore or in construction is desirable. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao. Availability: * Work schedule of 10x5 (5 consecutive day shifts from 7 AM to 6 PM, followed by 5 consecutive night shifts from 7 PM to 6 AM, then 5 days off). * Work location: Callao \- Perubar We Offer: * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * Salary of S/ 1250 \+ S/ 300 food card bonus. * 100% covered meals. * Night shift bonus.
