Collaboration in fostering workplace climate and organizational culture. **Main Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of personnel (job posting, interviews, follow-up). * Personnel administration (employment contracts, personnel files, onboarding, offboarding, and incident tracking). * Support in payroll processing. * Performance evaluation and monitoring of HR indicators. * Employee support and resolution of labor-related inquiries. * Support in workplace climate, internal communication, and organizational culture. * Compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. * Preparation of reports and maintenance of personnel databases. **Requirements:** * Graduates in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in general HR functions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word). **Position Conditions** * Benefits as stipulated by law.
