PROFESSIONAL PROFILE \-Students or graduates in Education or Psychology. \-Minimum one year of experience in similar positions working with secondary and/or primary level students. \-Intermediate-level knowledge and proficiency in ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). Proficiency in delivering talks on academic and formative guidance topics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of school coexistence and basic first aid. Residence in areas adjacent to the San Juan de Lurigancho district (desirable). COMPETENCIES: \-Adaptability to change, organization, leadership, proactivity, and ability to work in teams.
